At Cocoon we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. This policy sets out how we will process your personal data and how we will keep your personal data secure. All information we collect from you is to provide you with the most accurate and personal service or to place an order for our products. This is as follows: Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email address, Payment card information.

Any other relevant personal information you may offer us regarding your orde.

How long do we keep your personal
Because the product we sell is made individually for our customers and has a long life we keep customer records longer than the 7 year legal requirement for record keeping. Usually we keep digital records for 10 years and will not mail outside this limit. We keep paper records of orders for longer so that we can respond to customers who wish to repurchase or to help with alterations and repairs.

How do we store your personal data?
Names and addresses and a record of orders placed are stored on a computer that is not connected to the internet and is thus very secure. Email addresses are stored on the website which handles our newsletter mailings. Payment Security
