Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International and a signature is required on receipt.
UK Orders are charged at £10 for any order including a coat, jacket or chinchilla pullover, £5 for all other orders.

Because the product we sell is made individually for our customers and has a long life we keep customer records longer than the 7 year legal requirement for record keeping.
Usually we keep digital records for 10 years and will not mail outside this limit. We keep paper records of orders for longer so that we can respond to customers who wish to repurchase or to help with alterations and repairs.
